- Plate Type Heat Exchanger
To move heat from one fluid to another, a plate-type heat exchanger is employed. Since the heat exchanger keeps these fluids apart, they never come into contact. This exchanger can be built to make it simple to add or remove plates in order to increase or decrease its capacity for heat transmission. Plate Type Heat Exchanger performs well when the hot fluid and the cool fluid have only slight temperature fluctuations. This is ideal for low-duty oil cooling applications, minor district heating, beverage cooling, and food and pharmaceutical processing.
